In this 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review I'm going to delve deep into the new weight loss product by Josh Bezoni and give you some of the pros and the cons that come with the program.  To be honest with you I had never heard of Josh Bezoni before his dieting product was released but I was sure to do a little research before I just went out and bought his product.  I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he had been Bill Phillips' personal fitness trainer for many years and he had also appeared in numerous publications on the area of fitness.  After going through the entire program I was happy to find that the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet was worth every penny and then some.

The problem that I have with most diets is that they only make you starve your body and they don't teach you healthy nutrition habits.  Sure just about anybody can lose belly fat in a week if they put themselves through a crash diet but the body really hates it when the person puts them through that.  The body hates it so much that it'll practically halt all fat burning and it'll instead focus on burning muscle for energy because it'll think a famine is on the horizon.  The best part about the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is that the creator will not only show you how to lose belly fat fast but he'll also show you healthy eating habits that go beyond the 7 days.

The biggest protocols that Bezoni uses in the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is to eliminate all the unhealthy foods that people are over consuming each and every day.  This alone he says will drastically reduce belly fat and it'll give your body more energy than it has in years.  I'm also a big believer about eating healthy by buying organic and non-processed foods and this diet hit the nail right on the head.  It's kind of a shame that more diets don't do this but they'll instead make the people starve themselves into losing weight or they'll make them eat frozen dinners until the end of time.

The other biggest component of the diet is Bezoni's method of calorie confusion, which is basically going to alter how much calories you take in each day during the 7 day diet.  This has been researched and proven to burn more fat than just eating the same amount of calories each and every day.  This is great because there are some days when you won't be taking in many calories but you'll also be taking in a lot more calories on other days so you'll be able to give your body a break.  That pretty much wraps up my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review and hopefully you'll be able to walk away with a clearer idea of what diet program will work best for you.
